Baptist’s project, MAPPING(THOUGHTS) (London - Wandsworth), takes its starting point from the history of the Battersea Park and the London borough of Wandsworth which have witnessed World War 1 & 2. Within the history of these two wars and current conflicts, Baptist’s work focuses on the life of a soldier; not as a military professional but an individual with emotions and vulnerabilities like any other human being. For his research, Baptist is looking for members of the public to engage via two participatory engagements titled "What have I done to you?" and "Why is he here?"
